With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy and society,motor vehicle ownership growth quickly.It have an annual increase of 14 million Nearly five years.At the end of March 2017,the national motor vehicle ownership exceeded300 million.Premium income increased year by year,motor vehicle premium income of 662.2 billion yuan in 2016.It can accounting for 85% of total property insurance premiums.However,the motor vehicle insurance fraud frequently emergence.The existence of insurance fraud led to the abnormal operation of the motor vehicle insurance market.It will affect the rapid development of auto insurance business.Therefore,the auto insurance industry is facing a major issue: how to more effectively prevent car insurance fraud,in order to obtain the healthy and sustainable development of the industry and more competitive advantage.Firstly the paper will analysis the causes,manifestations and harms of insurance fraud,draws lessons from foreign anti-fraud experience and discusses the methods and measures of anti-fraud of motor vehicles.Secondly,from the dimensions of insurance companies,analysis the A company's status.Combined with typical cases,the company's anti-fraud measures.Finally,on the basis of case analysis,i will give some suggestions for strengthening anti-fraud management at the industry and company level.
