In particular, with the rapid development of national economy and the increasing level of people’s life, the total number of motor vehicles, the per capital car ownership is increasing, and the rapid development of automobile industry, which provide the important guarantee for our country’s national economy development and the stability social order. However, the cars not only provide convenience for people’s business operation and rural life but also bring the negative effects. With the rising of number of motor vehicles, the happened traffic accidents have brought the loss and risk. Therefore, the car insurance industry gets rapid development. China’s motor vehicle insurance began operated in the 1980 s. As the deepening of the reform and opening up and the promotion of people’s insurance consciousness, the insurance industry has been developing rapidly. Motor vehicle insurance provides the compensation of economic losses and property loss and the corresponding guarantee for applicant’s life. However, the phenomenon of motor vehicle insurance fraud also rises, which cause economic losses to related subjects. On the above analysis basis and the background of the rapid development of insurance industry in our country and coexist of motor vehicle insurance fraud, this paper study the motor vehicle insurance fraud management.Based on the foreign and domestic scholars about the research of insurance fraud, taking the Pacific Insurance of Being branch as the research objects, the paper study the management of motor vehicle insurance fraud. First of all, this paper introduces the basic situation of this company. Then this paper analyzes and summarizes the cause of motor vehicle insurance fraud. In the last, this paper puts forward the suggestion of the management of motor vehicle insurance fraud on the basis of the experience from foreign motor vehicle insurance fraud management, which can bring references for motor vehicle insurance fraud management of our country.The research on the management of motor vehicle insurance fraud can prompt the healthy development of insurance industry in our country. At the same time, that can promote the development of national economic in our country and the stability of social order, which have the vital significance. In addition, this paper studies the management of motor vehicle insurance fraud, which enriches the relevant theoretical system of insurance fraud.
