Anti-Fraud Research On Moter Vehicle Insurance In Gansu Province

With the improvement of China's economic level and the increase of automobile ownership,the scale of auto insurance premium increases year by year.In 2019,auto insurance premium income reached 81.88 billion yuan,an increase of 35.4 billion yuan compared with last year,an increase of 4.52% over the same period last year.Although the proportion of property insurance decreased,it also reached 66.64%,which is the largest variety of property insurance in China.With the rapid expansion of auto ownership and auto insurance business in China,the problem of fraud and anti-fraud has always existed,taking 2017 as an example,nearly 20% of the indemnity expenditure of more than 350 billion yuan involves insurance fraud.How to carry on more effective prevention and the strike to the automobile insurance fraud,becomes the key question which the insurance industry continues to pay attention.This article takes the Gansu Province automobile insurance market as the research object,on the basis of grasping the whole Gansu province motor vehicle vehicle insurance,has summarized the vehicle insurance fraud type and the characteristic,anti-fraud measures,existing problems,causes and solutions.The full text is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the background and significance of this topic,literature review,research content,specific ideas and methods,research innovation and shortcomings.The second chapter analyzes the status quo of fraud and anti-fraud of Gansu auto insurance through the claim data of the first two largest auto insurance companies in Gansu Province,this paper lists nine kinds of vehicle fraud and four kinds of person injury fraud from two angles of vehicle loss and person injury.The third chapter analyzes the typical cases corresponding to the two causes of the most fraud in the insurance market of Gansu Province.The fourth chapter introduces the experience and enlightenment of anti-fraud system of car insurance at home and abroad,and makes a brief summary of anti-fraud system of car insurance in America,Britain,Japan and other countries,at the same time,through looking up the websites of insurance supervision bureaus and trade associations in various provinces,this paper summarizes a series of countermeasures on anti-fraud work of motor insurance in China,such as setting up anti-fraud agencies in provinces and launching "peace of mind" series of actions.Chapter five,on the basis of reference and reflection,puts forward some suggestions from government,bank insurance supervision,trade association and social media on the existing problems in anti-fraud work of car insurance in Gansu Province.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of the thesis.
