Food Safety Regulation Effect Analysis Of School Canteen

People can not live without food.And food safety should be the most important factor to be considered.School canteen,which has the characteristics of a big amount of people and regular time,is prone to high-risk areas of food poisoning and food-borne infections.Food safety responsibility is really important.It appears urgent to improve the effort of school food safety regulations.Methods employed include questionnaire method,literature research method and fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.Concrete research content is as follows :clarify the background and significance of the school canteen food safety regulation research,review the related research theory of food safety regulations at home and abroad,define the concept of the school canteen food safety regulation effect;clarify theoretical basis,legal basis and construction principles of the index system of school cantee n food safety regulation effect.This article is to build index system of school canteen food safety regulation effect based on the theory of modern safety management.The system includes index of 4 two class and index of 15 three class.Determine the weight of each evaluation index through expert evaluation method.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,carry out the empirical analysis of school canteen food safety regulation effect in Tianhe district.Put forward the suggestions to improve the school canteen food safety regulations according to the results of the analysis.Summarize the full text,draw the conclusion of this study and related issues to be further discussed.The evaluation results show that the respondents are satisfied with the school canteen food safety regulation effect.O n the basis of analysis and research,the existing problems include: lack of whole process supervision,substandard facilities and equipments,incomplete management,incomplete food safety responsibility system and so on.So the article puts forward some suggestions to improve the school canteen food safety regulations,including intensive department linkage with the reform,the intelligent information management model of big data,strengthening grid supervision mode,increasing capital investment,strengthening training,promoting risk management,full implementation of the responsibility system,trying social cogovernance model and so on.
