Currently, some food service units lack of legal awareness, weak sense of integrity, business process can not strictly follow the relevant food safety systems; at the same time, food safety supervision department supervision system is still not perfect, and the supporting technical facilities have not been properly applied; in addition, most consumers is not comprehensive enough for food safety awareness, nor can be a good use of legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests, leading to food service units have loopholes, food safety regulation in the form of tables on the stern.Canteens with a large number, time, place more focus on the characteristics that once food safety problems, could easily lead to mass food poisoning, extensive influence on society great harm. For schools, food safety is the relationship between student life safety event. Based on the society more and more high to the requirement of adolescent physical and mental health, to explore how to effective school canteen food safety regulation, ensure food security for students, it is necessary.Based on the Present Situation of School canteen food safety supervision Wujiang District study, expound on the current primary and secondary school canteen food safety regulatory measures and the effectiveness of supervision in the school cafeteria has been made of the Wujiang District food safety regulators.
