Internet era,"Internet plus" has become an important engine of economic development,Chinese enterprise reform and development,but also make traditional enterprises are facing tremendous pressure.The Internet age has the characteristics of volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity,which make enterprise operation into the "VUCA" era,so the industry put forward the proposition of Internet thinking in order to explore and deal with the impact of the Internet age.In this era,the organization to centralization,to the middle layer of the voice,more open management,rapid integration of capital,cross border products,and a shared economy,cross-border integration of new business models.Social development and the concept of consumers are changing rapidly,which puts forward new requirements for enterprises seeking development.Against this background,as a traditional industry,the hotel industry must break the mindset and rethink the factors that affect the growth of the hotel business.Firstly,the paper applies the literature research method to study the existing growth theory of enterprises,analyzes the evolution path of enterprise growth theory and the elements and models of enterprise growth.Secondly,by summarizing the research results of the growth of hotel enterprises,the paper summarizes six factors that influence the growth of Tradition Hotel enterprises.This paper focuses on the case study of the growth of the enterprise in Atour,and analyzes the transformation of the elements of the growth of the hotel industry in the Internet era.Atour is essentially the embryonic form of the rapid growth of the Internet Age Hotel.The factors affecting its rapid growth have produced new changes on the basis of the traditional elements.The main contents include the following contents: the subversive innovation spirit based on Internet thinking,the network distributed organization with the breakthrough of service innovation,the standard and the opening up.The management of the staff,the brand strategy and the new marketing of the community,the integration of the investor and the consumer in the capital integration model,and the technical level of intelligent booking and large data platform construction.The growth of the hotel enterprises in the Internet age should be devoted to the development and application of the new elements,and make the relevant elements of the growth of the enterprise interact and promote each other,and finally form a network ecosystem with accommodation as the core.
