The research on the change of the senior management personnel of the listed company is an important part of modern corporate governance.On the premise of effective corporate governance,corporate growth related indicators can be used as a measure of senior management personnel management level important symbol,at the same time,when the company growth is poorer can timely make punishment to executives.With the continuous development of China's market economy,the market economic system gradually perfected,sound corporate governance structure,behavior of various control measures on executive work is also increasing,leading to top management changes frequently,this phenomenon has caused the people from all walks of life universal attention.Is the growth difference one reason for the change? Did the change of senior executives promote growth? In China listed companies in China have a holding company accounts for the vast majority of,owing to the state holding listed companies a series of problems,the state-owned listed companies executives change sensitivity to the enterprise growth? The study of these problems is beneficial to the listed company of hiring and firing of senior management personnel to provide theoretical basis,but also to further improve the business performance of listed companies,promoting the healthy and rapid growth to provide strong theoretical support and development direction.This paper studies the relationship between the change of the executive and the growth of the enterprise with the method of literature research,normative research and empirical analysis.First,through the method of literature research,the paper is combed through the relevant literature.Second,the theory of the change of the executive and the growth of the company is analyzed by means of normative research.Again,the argument is made by empirical analysis of the relationship between the change of senior executives and the growth of enterprises.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the above analysis.To sum up,in this article,through the empirical study proves bad enterprise growth will lead to executive changes,at the same time,the change of executives is conducive to the growth of enterprises,China's state-owned listed companies executives change sensitivity to the enterprise growth sensitivity to the difference compared with the private sector.These conclusions for the listed companies in hiring and firing of senior management personnel to provide theoretical basis,as well as further improve the business performance of listed companies,promoting the healthy and rapid growth to provide strong theoretical support and development direction.
