The development path of Internet enterprises driven by new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence has become mysterious and unpredictable,which not only brings unprecedented opportunities to the development of Chinese enterprises,but also makes them directly enter the more intense global market competition based on the Internet from a relatively closed environment.Different from the development path of enterprises in western developed countries,the fast-growing Chinese Internet enterprises have gradually designed the organization orientation of "product first" which is suitable for their own development law in the process of catching up with and imitating.At the same time,Internet enterprises have gradually explored a different development process from traditional and modern enterprises,that is,constantly innovating product business while constantly adjusting organizational structure elements to integrate and promote business development,and ultimately enhance innovation in the coordination between the two.Therefore,Tencent,Alibaba and Baidu are selected as the research objects of this paper,which are also three Chinese Internet enterprises with such development paths.They are used as the source of case data for in-depth study.With the rapid development of China's Internet industry,leading companies have flocked to China,among which Tencent,Alibaba and Baidu are among the world's top Internet companies in terms of market value.Based on the theory of enterprise strategy and organizational structure matching,this paper chooses Tencent,Alibaba and Baidu as the research objects,and discusses the dynamic matching process between business growth and organizational structure elements in the growth process of Chinese Internet enterprises.Finally,according to the analysis,the paper chooses Tencent,Alibaba and Baidu as the research objects.Sex induction leads to the conclusion of this paper.Case studies show that in the process of adjusting organizational structure elements to match the growth of enterprises,business development and strategy have the greatest impact on them,and they determine the direction of dynamic matching of organizational structure elements.The case study also finds that the matching process between enterprise growth and organizational structure elements basically follows the logic of evolutionary triggers leading to evolutionary behavior,and finally comes to the evolutionary results.The case study also finds that evolutionary behavior achieves dynamic matching between enterprise growth and organizational structure elements through four evolutionary paths:thickening,supplementing,gliding and streamlining,and finally achieves the matching of structure,personnel and culture to achieve enterprise growth.The case study not only enriches the theoretical research on enterprise growth and organizational structure,but also provides a new research context for the research on enterprise growth and organizational structure.Furthermore,the dynamic matching process of business growth and organizational structure elements of Internet enterprises is clarified,which provides theoretical reference for business innovation and enterprise growth of Internet enterprises.
