Performance is the guarantee of one enterprise's long-term development and success.Performance improvement is the key to the growth and expansion of one enterprise.The development of an enterprise,which is a set of individuals,is closely related to every effort and contribution from every employee,of which the direct measurement index is individual performance.The enterprise-staff relationship and organizational behavior study based on social exchange theory is a main tendency in academic study.Social exchange theory provided an important theory support for the study of the behavior of both the enterprise and employee.Based on the previous study,this article mainly explores perceived organization support's influence on the employee performance.First,perceived organization support,as the independent variable,is measured by organizational support in a narrow sense,superior support and peer support.Work performance,as a dependent variable,is measured by task performance,interpersonal promotion performance and work dedication performance.Second,a questionnaire is designed to collect data.All the data are analyzed from descriptive statistics,reliability,validity,correlation and mediating action with the help of SPSS22.0 and Amos21.0 so as to explore the relationship within perceived organization support,self-career management and individual performance.Based on the analysis,he following conclusion can be got: perceived organization support has positive effects on performance;individual career management has positive effects on performance;and perceived organization support has positive effects on selfcareer management;self-career management works as a mediation between self-career management and performance.According to the result of the study,the following management suggestions are provided: as for the enterprise,to build the atmosphere to the benefit of organization support;to build fair promotion system,to build hardware institution which can improve employees' knowledge reserve and what's more,to build Enterprise training and development mechanism.As for the individual,try to improve the awareness of self-career management and pay attention to the establishment and maintaining of interpersonal relationship.
