Keep core talent of enterprises, reduce staff turnover rate and improve the consciousness of cooperation and helpfulness of the staff are very concerned about the problem of the emterprise,There are many factors that influence employee turnover and organizational citizenship behavior,This paper is major to research the influence of employees’ organizational career management perception on turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior and perceived organization career management perception on turnover interntion and organizational citizenship Behavior,and perceived organizational support as mediator.In this paper,through in-depth reading literature at home and abroad on the detailed combing through theory deduction,this article put forward the research hypothesis,the formation model of this study,the theoretical foundation for the empirical study.This paper research adopts the investigation method of the questionnaire,a total of 250 questionnaires were finally recovered 209 valid questionnaires, using SPSS17.0 and AMOS7.0 statistical analysis software for data recovery, sample processing and analysis. Analysis by descriptive statistics, analysis of the research sample; the use of CITC analysis and factor analysis of questionnaire of quality inspection; through the project analysis of difficulty and discrimination measurement items; by correlation analysis and regression analysis, the perception of employees’ organizational career management inspection and its four dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior and the tendency of turnover and perceived organizational support the relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover, as well as the mediator between intention and organizational citizenship behavior in employees’ organizational career management and four dimensions and the overall perceived.The results show that: first, employees’ organizational career management perception of overall and four dimensions of support, turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on organizational. Second, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, employees perceived organizational Support has a significant intermediary role in the relation ship between perceived organizational occupation career management and four dimensions and turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior in.Based on the above conclusions, this paper proposed to increase the perception of organizational career management, enhance employee perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior and reduce employee turnover intention suggestions. This paper believes that enterprises should attach importance to the employee occupation career management, build perfect organization occupation career management system and open and transparent promotion mechanism; providing multi-channel position information and help employees to carry out occupation cognition, help them find decent occupation development path, on the other hand also make employees aware of the organization is care and attention of their contribution and efforts, to exert a positive influence of perceived organizational support function.
