With the adventure of boundaryless career era,organizations are looking for highly profitable access and speeding the development in order to gain sustainable competitive advantage under the high speed changing environment,Companies need to pay more attention to human resources management and development. In this context, scholars and enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of psychological capital and organizational support and occupational commitment. They are not only an important way for individuals to get career satisfaction, also the new organization resources for enterprises to improve employee performance and enhance the competitive advantage. Regarding enterprise staff as the research object, This paper discusses the relationship among psychological capital.. organization support and career satisfaction, at the same time, discusses the mediation role of career commitment in the relationship among psychological capital, organizational support and career satisfaction.This article collected 153 effective questionnaire.Then,uses SPSS 17.0 to test the research hypothesis. Finally, gets the conclusions as below:(1 Psychological capital has significant positive effect on career satisfaction. And, its four dimensions all have positive effect on career satisfaction. Besides,optimism has the most effect,then is hope,resilience and confidence.(2)Psychological capital has significant positive effect on career commitment. And, its four dimensions all have significant positive effect on career commitment. Besides,hope has the most effect,then is optimism,resilience and confidence.(3)career commitment has significant positive effect on career satisfaction.(4)Perceived organization support has effect on career satisfaction and career commitment.(5) Career commitment is the partly mediation variable of psychological capital and career satisfaction as well as the partly mediation of organizational support and career satisfaction.Finally,This article put forward the corresponding suggestions,the limitation of this paper and the prospects for future research.
