The AIIB Supports Research On The Impact Of Chinese Companies' Investment In The PPP Model On Vietnam's Economy

The formation of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB),is based upon the construction of infrastructures in Asian countries,to improve local connectivity,and to promote the development of regional social economy;this is a foremost important opportunity for Vietnam that is in search for social economic development.The PPP module(Public-Private-Partnership)is through the partnership of social capitalist and the government to invest and manage project;under AIIB,the PPP is capable of collecting private social capitals to reduce the economic burden of the investee country;strategically leading the Chinese corporates precisely in the path of "One belt,One road";thus,the research on the utilization of PPP module in Chinese corporations under the support of AIIB to invest Vietnam for the improvement of the country’s social economic development has any impact is the key focus of success for Chinese corporations to invest overseas using PPP module.Focus of research in the thesis includes the following:Firstly,the research of analysis on the informative background,major factors and how the actual construction of the "One belt,One road";in search for the essential component of the AIIB and PPP module strategically under "One belt,One Road";furthermore,in-depth research of all the investment environment of the connective country and of how and the importance of the Chinese corporations may strategically reach out to Vietnam forming the China and Vietnam alley within the "One belt,One Road".Secondly,the analysis on the broad perspective of Chinese corporation investing in oversea project through PPP module and also the PPP projects overview in Vietnam;concisely searching for the most suitable financing PPP module in which AIIB may be able to support the Chinese corporations,to create a proper PPP partnering criteria.Thirdly,according to the implementation of PPP module and under the partnering criteria,to analyze the essential factors developed through the investment between Chinese corporations and Vietnam to the formation of the PPP data system,furtherly analyzing the data by using the grey correlation analysis method;resulting the research on the actual influence of social economic development affected from the investment between Chinese corporations and Vietnam.Lastly,through practical research to provide beneficial strategies and ideas in regards the future of AIIB in PPP financing of partnering system;leading towards the fulfilling of the strategic investment between Chinese corporations and Vietnam for better international trading and development of the "One belt,One Road".
