Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank On China's Enterprises Investment Decisions Overseas

It has been an impediment to the steady growth of the domestic economy for excess capacity,after a long-term and rapid economic growth and proactive fiscal policy in China.The results of the above-mentioned fact is mapped to the field of domestic infrastructure construction.It has been a consequence that reflected in low demand led to the development of the field lacking the vitality.Many developing countries have a low level of infrastructure,with their relatively high level of economic development in Asia.Internal and external factors jointly decided that China's construction enterprises have the will that invest in infrastructure overseas.Japan in the 1960 s faced problems similar to those of China today,and they established the Asian Development Bank as a solution to this question.It is a concrete expression of the Chinese principle for the establishment of AIIB.It will have an impact on Chinese enterprises' infrastructure investment decisions overseas.It should be desirable for this study combined with experience of another country.This article investigates,studies and analyzes the problem through the China's enterprises' participation of infrastructure projects overseas.It summarizes the impact of the Japanese-led Asian Development Bank on Japan's enterprises infrastructure investment overseas after decades.It predicts the impact of the future of AIIB,combined with the current problems faced by China's enterprises' infrastructure investment overseas and the influencing factors of ADB's experience.Finally,the influencing factors are introduced into supply and demand model to analyze the influence of AIIB on China's enterprises investment decisions overseas.The impact of AIIB is in the following:(1)efficient and potential financing capacity,(2)identify risks,screening potential projects,(3)to reduce friction and improve efficiency.The influence of AIIB on the decision of China's enterprises' investment in infrastructure overseas is as follows,it strengthens the willingness of investment and China's enterprises are more inclined to invest in overseas infrastructure.This paper enriches the theoretical study of the influence of ADB,as the same as the construction enterprises' abroad investment.there is a practical significance for the China's construction enterprises in the context of overcapacity currently.
