Research On Governance Rules For Asian Infrastructure Investment Banks

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank(AIIB)is established by China which is a territorial comprehensive financial institution.It is the largest multilateral development bank in the developing world.But the governance rule runs through the whole venation of the institution,plays an important role in supporting the concrete decision of the operation and influence of the institution.The AIIB has made many innovations and changes in its governance rules.There are many differences from previous multilateral financial investment institutions.The AIIB establishes a financial platform that can operate efficiently and reflect the will of all its member states through rational and scientific rules of governance.Whether these designs will generate more revenue for the AIIB and what deficiencies need to be improved is the focus of the paper.By comparing the rules of governance with those of the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank,this paper discusses the shortcomings and improvements of the rules of governance of the AIIB under the background of the economic growth of the developed countries and the rising of the emerging countries.Developing countries need attention。The AIIB’s governance rules are the first to be designed to protect the interests of developing countries and create effective governance rules for them that are different from those of previous financial institutions.More broadly representative of the interests of Member States and with the most streamlined and economical structure.There are also shortcomings that need to be refined.This paper focuses on finding out its innovation,its shortcomings and suggestions for perfection.
