The Study On Moderate Scale Manage Ment Of Lychee Land In Guang Dong

Rapidly developing urbanization construction in China resulting in higher labour demand.Due to the labor shortage caused by migrant workers in cities,agricultural production labor costs increased tremendously.C hina is facing low crop yield influenced by low level of cultivated lands per capita,profound fragmentation of farmland.Under this circumstances,the development of appropriate scale of agriculture has become an inevitable trend.However the research of suitable scale in agriculture management is mainly focused on food crops,the results of the different evaluation methods are also different.The development of economic crops,especially the suitable scale land management of lychee,not only has economic value,but also has certain environmental,green value,cultural values.Therefore the research of suitable scale land management is more meaningful.Lychee is one of the most important traditional tropical fruits and a typical economic crops in our country.In this study,litchi growers were used as subjects.A total of 554 samples of 13 key litchi producing areas in Guangdong.Province were interviewed and researched one by one.Data analysis have found that the litc hi cultivation in Guangdong Province are mainly Small-scale cultivation and commonly facing low crop yield situation.Mostly middle-aged men with low education level are engaged in litchi production.Estimated cash yield rate is high.Lychee production costs and income levels are vary widely after compared Input and Output in different area,Conghua,Lianjiang and Dianbai have the highest level of net profit,Yangdong,Huilai and Huazhou have the lowest level of net profit.Different litchi output level,land cost and labor cost are the main reason that caused litchi profit gap.For the quantitative analysis of Guangdong Province Lychee growers suitable scale "degree".This paper analyzes the benefits of maximizing the income of lychee growers,based on the Cobb-Douglas production function,the measurement model of lychee land scale management of lychee growers in Guangdong Province was constructed.According to the empirical analysis,it is concluded that the per capita lychee cultivation of lychee growers in Guangdong Province is 29.92 mu / person,and the current lychee land per capita planting area is far less than that.At the same time the study was made in the lychee production process,comparing to capital and labor factors,land elements contribute the most to the income of growers,This study does not only enrich the research on the suitable scale operation of economic crops in our country,but also supplemented the "national lychee and longan industry technical system" on the scale of litchi land industry of industrial economy practice research.Finally,combined with the empirical results of this paper empirical study,propose the following countermeasures for the moderate scale operation of litchi cultivation in Guangdong Province: to speed up the land circulation and promote the scale operation;adopt the multi-style land circulation transition mode to preparing for the perfection of land rental market;establish the land circulation information platform,achieve the information symmetry;Develop the new rural economic development pattern in order to expand litchi product benefit;develop the lychee products deep processing enterprises,to extend the lychee industry chain,developing and perfecting the agriculture's socialization.
