In recent years,along with our country automobile industry,communications equipment,locomotives,aviation and space industries,the rapid development of the advanced non-ferrous alloy precision parts forming technology of die casting technology and its industry also got unprecedented development.M die casting enterprise after more than ten years of development,has great river of Chongqing,Chongqing science and technology,science and technology of Xiang yang three big production base,is set product design,zinc aluminum die casting,precision machining,surface treatment,automatic powder spraying,parts assembly and automatic dispensing of one of China's die casting enterprise.According to the survey,the human resource problem of Chinese die-casting enterprises has become another difficulty in the technical and other hardware problems,and the same is true for M die-casting enterprises.As M die casting enterprise scale continues to expand,number of employees also increased,but only to find that part of the mid-level managers in the management practice of lack of initiative,management communication work cost is high,the technical personnel insufficient product development planning,lack of integrating theory with practice,technical personnel loss,line managers and front-line employees pay attention to short-term interests,etc.These problems not only directly affect the enterprise stable and rapid extension and improve market competitiveness,such as improve insufficient,improve physical quality and cost efficiency slow),but also indirectly affect the enterprise brand reputation.The summary and analysis of these problems in the process of human resource management of M die-casting enterprises is the final analysis that the existing staff incentive mechanism cannot fully meet the needs of the company's strategic development.Therefore,this paper is to study and solve the typical problems of M die-casting enterprises in human resources from the angle of incentive mechanism in human resource management.In this paper,the staff incentive mechanism of M die-casting enterprise as the research object,firstly incentive theories are reviewed,and provides a theoretical basis for the research on the incentive mechanism of the rich;secondly,for domestic and foreign outstanding enterprises,and with TOYOTA and HUAWEI as the object of the case analysis,the superiority of the incentive mechanism is analyzed practice,provide basis for research on the incentive mechanism of the M casting enterprises;after that,the key part in this study,the mechanism of the problem,motivating employees M die-casting business reasons and countermeasures.In the analysis of employee M die casting enterprise incentive problems in the process of this study,the first overview of M die casting enterprises are briefly introduced,including its scope of business,corporate culture,human resources,and then organized a questionnaire survey on employees incentive mechanism,then concludes that there is M employee incentive mechanism,the problem of die casting later,such as the incentive mechanism is imperfect,the lack of protection of the incentive mechanism,the lack of incentive,spirit incentive and the lack of a single material incentive.After the discovery of the problems,this study found that the problem of incentive mechanism of M die-casting enterprise fundamental research or M die casting enterprises lack the spirit of the lack of attention and resources,in particular is the lack of motivation,lack of attention to human resource management professionals,the lack of performance management mechanism,supporting the lack of incentive of enterprise culture.After clarifying the problems and the reasons behind the existence of the incentive mechanism of M die casting enterprise,the scientific use of hierarchy of needs theory,two factor theory,expectancy theory,equity theory,comprehensive incentive theory,put forward mechanism optimization principle of die casting enterprise incentive M.Based on the principle of guidance on the staff incentive mechanism of M die casting enterprises are optimized in four aspects: the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism,establish material rich spiritual incentive mechanism,establish employee differences incentive mechanism,establishing a sound performance appraisal system.At the end of this study,a trial operation was carried out to examine the application of the optimized employee incentive mechanism in the M die-casting enterprise.Through the trial operation,this study found some shortcomings and put forward some optimization suggestions.First of all,the incentive mechanism can not run in isolation,should also be matched with the related system of enterprise operation;secondly,material and spiritual incentive,employees are required,all need to get enterprise attention;then,establishing and perfecting incentive mechanism in a day,need to persevere;finally,the traditional manufacturing enterprises need to make full use of the staff and the cultural strength,make the incentive mechanism more flexible and flexible.In short,in this paper,through the study of M die casting enterprise employees incentive mechanism and optimization,not only for M die casting enterprise employees incentive work provides guidance,also boosted M die casting enterprise human resources management work,at the same time also is in the same industry other enterprise provides some guidance.
