Study On BPI Of Manufacturing Management Management Mode In Renhe Casting Factory

The BPI (business process improvement) in this article is a government changing action, which is based on the actualities of Renhe casting factory and western business process reengineering theory. The object of the BPI is the casting supply system and the manufacturing units of the casting supply system, and the aim of the BPI is to minimize the cost of the casting supply systems and to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing management of the manufacturing units by researching and analyzing the current manufacturing process of the Renhe casting factory.The following principles must be followed in the BPI,1. the customers is the center; 2. the process should be treated as a whole system; 3. the emphases should be put on all manufacturing units averagely.The way is to divide the BPI contents into two parts, one being the improvement of the casting supply system and the other being the improvement of the process of the manufacturing.The process of the improvement of the casting supply system is made up of 1. description the model of current casting supply system; 2. analysis and improvement of the model; 3. examination of improvement project; 4. application , 5. assessment.
