A Study On The Improvement Of Network Optimization Project Management In SJ Company

With the further expansion of the information society,mobile communication has become one of the pillars of the emerging information industry.The huge demand has been boosting the development of network optimization service in this field.In recent years,the network optimization service has become the major trend of the main business of communication technology service enterprises.In the company named SJ,network optimization service has also gradually grown into one of the major businesses,with a consistently increasing proportion.This paper reviewed relevant literatures and carried out a systematic research on management of network optimization projects in SJ.For starters,the paper demonstrated the current status of network optimization projects in SJ and then deeply analyzed the statistics generated from local customer opinion survey 2016 in its service areas of Gansu Province,including the reasons and distribution map of customer complaints.After finding the main problems for current project management of this company,the paper then summarized influence factors and put forward several feasible ideas for improvement.Finally,a series of possible practices for such improvement have been presented.For example,in order to decrease the customer complaint rate,not only the organization structure,job content,systematic procedures as well as performance assessment should be reformed,but also the publicity,implementation and communication should be strengthened.At the same time,this paper also proposed corresponding security measures,including institutional guarantee,training guarantee and financial guarantee,to increase delivering quality of the SJ network optimization project,so that eventually cut down the customer complaint rate.The research results of this study can provide reference for network optimization project management.
