Research On Knowledge Sharing Between Supply Chain Enterprises Based On ABMS

Due to the rapid global economic integration,the survival and development of individual companies has becom e increasingly difficult.More companies have joined together to form a supply chain network.Companies at each node have helped each other complement each other and jointly enhance the value of their own companies.In the context of the era of knowledge e conomy,knowledge,as an important resource in the supply chain system,is changing the mode of supply chain management and gradually dominating supply chain management.Become another important factor after logistics,information flow and capital flow.In order to use knowledge more effectively,knowledge sharing is a necessary means.Knowledge-sharing activities among supply chain companies will increase their own knowledge reserves,enhance the overall innovation capability of the supply chain,and incre ase their core competitiveness.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the process of knowledge sharing among supply chain companies,analyze the process of knowledge transfer,mutual learning,and mutual influence between companies and enterprises,and i dentify suitable models for knowledge sharing among enterprises,thereby enhancing the company's knowledge innovation.Ability to improve business performance.Based on the relevant research on knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain,this pape r uses the ISM interpretation model to screen out the key factors of knowledge sharing among enterprises in supply chain,and simulates the running state of knowledge sharing through the Netlogo simulation platform,and finds out the corresponding knowledg e sharing mode between enterprises,and the way of case analysis.Research and give corresponding suggestions for enterprises to carry out appropriate knowledge sharing activities to provide solutions.
