Research On Self-organization Modeling Of Enterprise Knowledge Supply Chain

Knowledge-based economy since the industrial revolution is the world’s economic growth and the global community a fundamental turning point patterns. Enterprise external competitive environment is more intense, requires constant management innovation, technological innovation and marketing innovation, knowledge innovation to win the market. Enterprises to seek the assistance of research institutes or universities, will practice theoretically improve; research institutes or universities and enterprises need help, the conclusions will be verified theory, then, between them forming knowledge flows. When knowledge is extended to intermediate agencies, marketing agencies and customers, it formed a knowledge supply chain. Knowledge economy knowledge supply chain and knowledge is the core of supply chain knowledge innovation. Knowledge in the enterprise supply chain formation and management process, in line with the characteristics of self-organizing mechanisms. Although the number of studies on the knowledge supply chain is not uncommon, the studies of the knowledge supply chain from the perspective of self-organization rarely seen. Thus, firm knowledge supply chain characteristics and operation mechanism of self-organization are important for guiding the enterprise knowledge innovation.In this thesis, based on the self-organization theory, the characteristics of the firm knowledge supply chain, the conditions for the formation of self-organization and evolution processes are researched. The first chapter is the introduction, and this thesis describes the background, significance, research status, structure and the main content. In the second chapter, the knowledge supply chain and the self-organization are reviewed. The third chapter preconditions, evolution analysis and conflict analysis and other aspects of the enterprise supply chain knowledge inherent mechanism of self-organization are described. The forth chapter construct enterprise knowledge supply chain model and enterprise knowledge supply chain self-organization model, model validation by establishing the validity of the model and validate the model by examples. The fifth chapter discuss from the build open environment, stimulate competition and collaboration mechanisms and improve the knowledge feedback mechanisms, three aspects of self-organization mechanism of enterprise knowledge supply chain innovation some suggestions. The last chapter is the conclusion summarizes and research prospects.Based on the research above, the main findings and the conclusions are mentioned as follows:1. Enterprise knowledge supply chain is a dynamic and open system, the transformation of power from the various subsystems that exists between the roles of non-linear relationship. The relationship between competition and cooperation subsystem, when companies face complex competitive environment, the role of incentives and nonlinear fluctuation force under the knowledge supply chain to achieve self-adjusting, self-organization, for knowledge innovation and enhance the environment ability to adapt to improve their overall competitiveness.2. Analysis of knowledge supply chain prerequisite for self-organization; knowledge of the supply chain from open systems far from equilibrium, nonlinear interactions between subsystems and the presence of such fluctuation analysis of the characteristics of its organizational conditions; research enterprise knowledge chain from organizational evolution of the environment, power, and control path conditions.3. Establishment of a knowledge supply chain model; using the self-organization theory of knowledge supply chain model of self-organization of the supply source, agencies, businesses, sales channels, the source needs to establish the relationship between the various subsystems mathematical formulas to analyze the model.4. Combined with enterprise characteristics, some relevant suggestions are put forward.5. the proposed enterprise knowledge supply chain Suggestions self-organizing mechanisms, respectively, from building an open environment, improve knowledge sharing; stimulate competition and cooperation mechanisms to promote knowledge innovation and improve the knowledge of the dynamic feedback mechanism to strengthen intellectual property protection and other three aspects are expanded.
