Since the reform and opening up,our social security undertakings have been from the beginning to the continuous development and improvement,and have made remarkable achievements.As a stabilizer of social development and a regulator of economic development,the social security industry embodies the most important function of people’s livelihood,and has become an indispensable part of China’s economic and social development.The social insurance service hall in Hohhot is the key livelihood department in the capital city of our district.Its service level is very important for protecting people’s livelihood and maintaining the government’s image.This paper uses literature analysis,qualitative analysis,interview and other research methods to thoroughly analyze the problems and causes of social insurance service hall in Hohhot.And through public service,public relations,social insurance service standardization,"Internet plus social insurance service" four aspects of the specific reform initiatives,put forward adviceto improve the service quality of social insurance service hall.It has a certain reference significance for most government service departments.
