Research On The Practice,Dilemmaand Solution Strategy Of E City Tax System Purchase Window Service

The power of tax administration is one of the administrative powers of the government,and the tax department is the main body to exercise this administrative power.A basic duty of the tax department is to provide tax-related public services,which is implemented in the tax service offices and tax windows of the tax departments at all levels.Tax service offices and tax windows of tax departments at all levels are not only the business scene for tax departments to serve taxpayers,but also the frontier position to show the service image of tax departments and reflect the service quality of tax departments.With the increasing demands of modern economic system on tax work and the vigorous promotion of national tax reform,the workload of tax departments has increased rapidly,and the pressure of window tax service has also increased sharply.In order to improve the tax efficiency of taxpayers and to solve the pressure of window tax service,more and more people buy window tax personnel.Can the tax system after the reform of national and local tax amalgamation still usegovernment purchase to relieve the pressure of window service? In this paper,E city tax system purchase window service as the research object of analysis shows that the form of government purchase service is incompatible with the organizational attributes of the tax system,and is not applicable.In this paper,SWOT analysis method and its extended model are used to find that the weakness of tax system purchasing window services is greater than the advantage,and the threat exceeds the opportunity.However,if the reformed tax system continues to purchase window service personnel,it must be improved and adjusted.
