| With the in-depth promotion of the reform of "decentralisation,management and service",optimising the business environment and better serving market players has become a brand new development issue.In recent years,the reform of China’s taxation system has continued to deepen,the tax collection and management system has been optimised,and the standardisation,convenience and accuracy of tax services have been enhanced.The phenomenon of bursting halls and long queues is common in tax service halls all over the world,and the satisfaction and compliance of taxpayers and bill payers are on the decline.As the main place for the grassroots taxation departments to provide tax services,optimising tax services plays a very important role in enhancing the satisfaction and compliance of taxpayers and bill payers,which can effectively improve the level of local tax services,create a good tax business environment and promote local economic development.Taking the tax service office in Longmatan District as the research object,the analysis framework is constructed based on the new public service theory,tax compliance theory and the hierarchy of needs theory.Starting from the current situation of tax service in the tax service office in Longmatan District,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method are applied to analyze the problems and reasons,and explore the suggestions for optimizing the tax service in the tax service office in Longmatan District.After investigation and research,it was found that the tax service in the tax service hall of Longmatan District has the problems of irregular tax service,high time cost of tax payment,inconvenient tax payment,low level of refinement service and untimely response to demand.On this basis,the reasons are analyzed in depth from five dimensions: tax service concept,talent team construction,information technology,departmental collaboration mechanism and demand management,and finally,in view of the problem of how to improve the quality and efficiency of tax service in the tax service office of Longmatan District,feasible suggestions such as innovating tax service concept,strengthening talent team construction,building intelligent taxation,improving departmental collaboration mechanism and perfecting demand response mechanism are put forward to enhance It is of reference significance to the improvement of tax service level of grassroots taxation departments. |
