Research On 4Q Problem Analysis Methodology Apply To Engineering Project Risk Management

According to the development and demands on internal control management in the enterprise of our country today,project risk management as an important managerial direction for enterprise earning will be raised to a new level.The structured problem analytical methods generated form production management has developed rapidly in the last few decades.and a variety of management methods have been derived worldwide.Among them,the 4Quadrant Problem Analysis Method developed by the A enterprise based on its own situation has been widely used in various departments and levels of the enterprise,and good results have been achievedBy comparing the 4 Quadrant Problem Analysis Method and the similar management methods: 6Sigma and 8-Discipline,the 4Q Analysis Method has been achieved with advantages as follows: steps are simple and easy to remember,flexible team building,diversification of analysis tools,quick practice and application of analysis results etc,and more suitable for the analysis team composed of employees;Through the real case from factory practice,this paper introduces the steps and application tools of 4Q analysis as a method to solve the problem of production and the results obtained.From the perspective of management and psychology,this paper analyzes the positive effect of the management method which is widely used in the A enterprise on the enterprises and employees.This paper introduces the contradiction between the current situation of the development of project management in China and the social needs of improving the level of project management,and highlights the most important problems in the current project management: how to proactively and professionally manage risk in project.This paper introduces 4Q Method involved in project management,the article introduce it on 2 sides,one is how to control different risk in project quality gates phase and the other is to control same risk from project start to the end,In this part,the project risk,cost,and profit exchange to one other,which facilitates the management of the project.At the end of this paper,the differences and reasons of the use of 4Q analysis in production management and project risk management are analyzed.At the same time,the 4Q analysis method does not automatically give the manager a solution.It is a structured thinking method to help managers to get the appropriate solutions more accurately,and the employees' active and effective thinking in the face of problems is the driving force for the progress of enterprises.
