International Comparison Of Urbanization Quality Improvement And Consumption Structure Optimization Coupling Development And Its Reference To China

At present,China’s economic development is facing enormous challenges with world economic slowdown and downside risks.How to adapt to the new situation of economic development and promote steady economic development has become a matter of great concern to the society.The report of the 19th NPC pointed out clearly that "China’s economy has shifted from a period of rapid growth to a period of high-quality development." At the same time,it accurately grasped the historic changes in major social conflicts and pointed out that "the major social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the people’s growing needs for a better life.And the imbalance between the inadequacies of the development of the contradiction "This is a major epoch-making changes for our country at this stage proposed a new standard of development and make development benefits to all people.To expand domestic demand and promote consumption as an important boost to economic growth,China is actively promoting the construction of a new type of urbanization,which has provided more chances for domestic demand increasing.The quality improvement of urbanization is of great significance to expand domestic demand,promote the healthy development of national economy,to optimize the economic structure,transform the mode of economic development,and maintain social harmony.To make steady progress in the construction of urbanization and boost consumption growth is an important decision of the central economic work conference in 2010.After that,the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)further emphasized that urbanization is not only the historical task of modernization,but also the greatest potential of expanding domestic demand,and efforts to improve the quality of urbanization.The interaction between urbanization quality improvement and consumption structure optimization is the basis of coupling.This paper studies the theory of coupling development and provides a theoretical reference for the coordinated development of urbanization quality improvement and consumptive structure optimization.At the same time,we constructed an index system of the coupling using the coupling model and coupling coordination degree model,analyzed the typical developed countries and developing countries as well as the typical provinces and cities in east in the central and western China development status of coupled,summarized the coupling interaction of the development of the relationship and made international comparison.Combined with the practical circumstances and experiences in our country development,we should provide specific countermeasures and suggestions for coordinated development,optimized consumption structure and improvement of urbanization which will promote the development of national economy with sound and fast growth.
