| Since the implementation of poverty alleviation and development in China in 1978,the number of poor people has been declining.As the province with the largest population,the largest area and the deepest poverty in Guizhou Province,Guizhou Province is the largest one in the country.To achieve all the poor in 2020 out of poverty,time is very urgent,the task is very difficult.Special industry poverty alleviation plays an important role in poverty alleviation and development in Guizhou Province.It is an important guarantee for winning the battle against poverty and the basis for the success of other poverty alleviation measures.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of the characteristics of industry poverty alleviation,for Guizhou Province to win this fight out of poverty is very important.Based on the analysis of precision poverty alleviation,AHP analysis is used to analyze the performance of the three types of leading enterprises,cooperatives and asset returns of Meitan County,Guizhou Province,and to analyze the three models respectively The problem gives the countermeasures and suggestions.The full text of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose,research significance and research method of this paper.The second chapter,the related theoretical basis and research overview,introduces the definition of poverty,precision poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation of characteristic industry,illustrates the relationship between poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in characteristic industry,analyzes the theoretical support of poverty alleviation in characteristic industry: Comparative advantage theory,human capital theory.Then we introduce the concept and operation steps of AHP,which are mainly used in this paper,and systematically expound the domestic and foreign research on poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.In the third chapter,the poverty alleviation and development model of Guizhou Province is qualitatively analyzed,and the characteristics of poverty,causes and measures of poverty in Guizhou are discussed.And then introduced the rural poverty alleviation and development process and the main poverty alleviation model in Guizhou Province.The best poverty alleviation model at this stage is the industry poverty alleviation,and discusses the effect and significance of industrial poverty alleviation.Finally,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three specific models of industrial poverty alleviation: the leading enterprise type,the professional cooperative type and the asset yield-driven type,which provides the theoretical basis for the empirical analysis of the fourth chapter of the model of industrial poverty alleviation.In the fourth chapter,the AHP analysis of the performance of poverty alleviation model of tea industry is introduced,selection of tea industry in Litan County,and the economic and social development of Meitan County is introduced,and three specific models of industrial poverty alleviation in Meitan County are described.And constructs the index system of the specific model of poverty alleviation of industry,from the four aspects of poverty alleviation effect,poverty alleviation policy,mode applicability and mode sustainable development ability.Finally,the quantitative analysis of these three models,conclusions and problems,in general,leading enterprise model is better,followed by asset-led type,and finally a professional cooperative type.Chapter five: Suggestions on Perfecting the Pattern of Poverty Alleviation in Characteristic Industry.This paper gives some suggestions on the problems in the operation of the three modes of leading enterprises,professional cooperatives and asset returns,and gives some suggestions on the common problems(low human capital)of these three models.Finally,some suggestions are given for the selection of specific models of poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province,and some concrete and feasible choices are given from three aspects: the system and the local conditions.Chapter 6,the conclusion and the prospect,gives the summary of the main conclusions of the paper,and points out the innovation and shortcomings of this paper. |
