The competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,which makes the importance of human resources to the development of enterprises more and more prominent,to improve the knowledge level and working ability of employees,become an important means to strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises,training is one of the main methods of training talents.Since the establishment of FR company,after nine years of development has become a well-known fitness organization in southwest China,but the training system of the company is still in the initial stage,has been unable to meet the needs of employees,has become a hindrance to the development of the company.The construction of a set of framework integrity,training content,targeted and easy to operate training system has been put on the agenda.This article takes FR company's training system as the research object,with the training and training system theory as the theoretical basis: Firstly,uses questionnaire survey and interview research methods,and analyzes the current status of the staff framework and training of FR company,points out the shortage of currenttraining situation: lack of training demand investigation,training implementation lack of detail control,singletraining course,and not perfect training effect evaluation,in-depth thinking and analysis,find out the reasons.Secondly,according to the development strategic goal of FR company,redesign the idea of constructing the training system of FR company,put forward the basic principles of training system construction,from the five parts of training demand investigation system,training plan system,training curriculumdesign system,training implementation system and training effect evaluation system.Finally,to make sure the training system could run smoothly and sustainability inFR company,the article put forward some safeguard measures to the company from the four aspects of training for the company leadership,building a good training culture,promoting the information construction of the training system,and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the staff training.The building training system combined with the actual situation of FR company,strive to effectively improve the overall quality of the company staff,so that employees will train the knowledge and skills of skilled use to work,to inject new impetus for the development of the company.At the same time,this research can also provide reference for the fitness and fitness industry or other enterprises to build a complete training system design.
