A Comparative Study Of Investment In Vietnam Between China And Japan(1991-2016)

Since the reform and opening up of Vietnam.Actively integrating into the international economy and focusing on attracting foreign direct investment,foreign capital has also injected new vitality into the development of Vietnam,accelerating the process of industrialization and modernization in Vietnam.China and Japan have always been the main source of investment in Vietnam,and the two countries’ investment in Vietnam also has obvious effects,and there are the characteristics of the times.This paper tries to compare the two countries investment in Vietnam since 1991,a comprehensive analysis of present situation of the two countries to invest in Vietnam,presents new features more countries to invest in Vietnam,and through the comparison between the two countries in the investment in Vietnam to explore the pros and cons of seeking reasons and compares the characteristics between the two countries to further improve the investment in Vietnam to introduce foreign policy,to make full use of foreign capital and foreign investment structure optimization objective.In terms of content,the investment of China and Japan in Vietnam is mainly from the scale of investment and regional,investment preferences and influence,investment trends and attitudes,etc.,sorting out the similarities and differences between the two countries’ data and data on Vietnam investment since 1991.A comparative analysis between China and Japan to invest in Vietnam.The conclusion is: one is the China to Vietnam investment scale and larger development space;two is the Japanese investment structure is Chinese more is not reasonable,the second industry investment accounted for relatively large,the lack of quality of investment;three in Japan has a different bias of investment choices that is mainly affected by the local policy,geographical conditions and investment preference;four is the further planning of investment strategy in comparison to China and Japanese investment attitude and the development trend of Vietnam in the two countries.In short,Vietnam should seek a more healthy and reasonable investment strategy based on the investment status and development trend,effectively utilize Sino Japanese investment in Vietnam,and promote the healthy development of Vietnam’s economy,especially the external economy.
