China's Research On The Choice Of Direct Investment Industry In Japan

With the development of global economy integration and regional economy collectivization,Chinese government brought forward “going out” strategy--in order to keep up with the tide of economic development,encourage Chinese enterprises to go abroad.In recent years,China's direct investment has got rapid development,and investment destination spreads all over the world,with most of it made in Asia.However,Japan is a typical developed country in Asia,but China's direct investment to it presents the characteristics of the overall develops slowly,the stock is small and the flow is greater year by year but has large amplitude.From the perspective of industrial choice,thesis study China's OFDI in Japan.The research method thesis adopt are that theoretical analysis combined with empirical analysis,qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis and form analysis combined with graphic analysis.The main purpose of this study is to choose the industry that has better prospects when China invest to Japan.It not only helps to enrich the reverse FDI theory,and to further enhance the Chinese direct investment scale,optimizing the structure of Chinese direct investment to Japan and promote the upgrade of domestic industrial structure has important practical significance.Firstly,the study using the main OFDI theories as reference and discussing the theoretical gist of China's direct investment to Japan;Secondly,introduces the status for industrial distribution of China's OFDI in Japan from such aspects as the scale,the industrial distribution and the geographical distribution of industrial distribution of China's OFDI in Japan;Thirdly,analyses the background of industrial distribution of China's OFDI in Japan from the investment environments in the two nations;Then,summarizing the criteria of industrial distribution of China's OFDI in Japan and indicating the competitive industries which China should select;The empirical part selects time series data from 2003 to 2015,using Eviews analyses the relationship between China's OFDI in Japan and the upgrade of domestic industrial structure.The respective conclusions of the empirical analyses show that long-term equilibrium relation exists between China's OFDI in Japan and upgrade of China's industrial structure,China's OFDI in Japan can promote the upgrade of China's industrial structure and contribute to sustainable development ofnational economy;At last,combined with the proposal of industry choice,the article gives the strategies about how to choice reasonable industries from the aspects of government when China invest to Japan,which provide references for industrial distribution of China's OFDI in Japan later.
