With the development of The Times,the economic level is improved,the market system is gradually improved,and enterprises and organizations face fierce competition,and they focus on the sales field of big customers.Due to its high threshold,large volume and complex process,the relationship sales model of extensive management is difficult to deal with.Therefore,the exploration of the sales model of big customers becomes a hot topic.Project management can let the complex project operation according to follow,could be carried out effectively and can complete individual and ordinary team was unable to complete tasks.Applying this theory to the sales of large customers can effectively improve the market competitiveness of enterprises and organizations.At present,there are some theories about the combination of project management and sales of big clients.However,there are few articles in which the details are discussed in detail.Therefore,through in-depth discussion on the application of project communication management in the sales process of large customers,this paper further refines the research in this field,with a view to more operational and practical value.This paper combines a case of a large customer sales project that the author personally participated in as an example,pick out the project communication management section is analyzed,and combined with a large number of the project communication management and the theory of big customer to research.First of all,this paper USES the literature analysis method to read a large number of previous achievements,as well as the literature of project management,project communication management,and sales of major customers in the industry,V company in the industry of radio,film and television equipment were discussed by the key account sales case problems and the reasons for these problems,through the reason analysis,learned that the project to be successful,the key is to communicate with the project management,Therefore,the project communication management method was applied to the communication management activities of key account sales projects of V company for analysis and research Taking the cooperation project of V company and M company as an example,the reason for analyzing the success of this case project is that the project execution has been effectively communicated,but there are also imperfect places.Again so aiming at the existing problem of case project are discussed,at the same time to join some of the key account sales the universality of the possible problems in the project communication management,and put forward the Suggestions to deal with problem,in the back of the chapter by analyzing the problems of real cases,and gives some advice in project communication management.In order to provide reference value for the complex large customer sales activities.
