At present, the development of RFID is in the stage of maturity, Chinese RFID technology is used widely in many areas, at the same time, RFID industry also expands unceasingly. RFID market develops and changes rapidly.With the project management theory and methods are used in more and more engineering project, many other industry company have realized that project management is an important and effectively way to get the target. Project management theory and methods are gradually apply to all walks of life, especially within the enterprise. For example, operation management, finance management and marketing management. And now, it also put into use in the key account sales management. Putting project management into use in key account sales is already applied to many industries. But, in RFID area, this application is almost blank. Therefore, there are many problems in key account sales of RFID company. For instance, customer information delayed, cannot screen and evaluation the information effectively, lack of understanding of customer background, lack of the ability which can lead customer’s demand, management confusion in marketing, target unclear, etc. To solve these problems, according to the project management life circle theory, this thesis summarized the RFID company key account sales project management. FID enterprise could be divided to four stages, planning and initiating, program and organization, implement and control and ending and evaluation. According to the four stages, we can analyze and sum up as follows:First, in planning and initiating stages, project information collection, project information analysis and evaluation, project targets set-up and project planning are mainly discussed in this paper. Second, in the program and organization stages, project team construction and project plan are described in detail. Third, in implement and control stages, project schedule control and project cost control are mainly introduced. The last, in ending and evaluation stages, contract signing and project summary are focused on. In this thesis, a set of solutions of RFID company key account sales are obtained through a series of research. These management method and process could solve many problems of key account sales in RFID enterprise.Some problems in this thesis are described not so clear, especially the study of theory part are not in-depth and system, the thesis’s depth and breadth also need to be expanded further. The success of this case cannot declare that the study of this thesis is universality. For the problems remained, the author will continue to thinking and reasoning. The author hopes that this thesis can give other relevant researchers with the reference.
