The Research On Analysis And Communication Management Of Software Project Stakeholder

The development of information technology is one of the development of science and technology which benefits the people most directly and self-inflicted,and also has been the most active factor in the productivity which has increasingly penetrated into every field of economic development,social progress and human life and the country strategic.The application of information technology is realized through every systematic and data-measuring IT project.From the initial project approval,bidding to the final acceptance,the IT project will encounter a variety of phenomenon which affect the project acceptance,of which the scope of the project is changed randomly resulting in the interruption of project,or the serious cost overrun which is beyond the initial budget;or the project schedule delay,cannot be completed according to the original plan;or the low quality which cannot meet the requirements of the client.There are many factors that hinder the success of IT project,such as technology,environment and so on,in such negative factors,the person is the key factor.Therefore,I made research on the project stakeholders who would determine the success or failure of the project,and identified the related project members in different stages of the project;and made pointed references on the communication management of project stakeholders which would play significant role in the smooth progress of IT project.On the basis of reading a lot of literature to the identification of project stakeholders and communication management,systematically understanding the important concept,theory and method,taking the K Project of M Company as example,reviewed the current situation and existing problems of identification of project stakeholders and communication management in detail and established the evaluation and index system including environment,technology,management,finance and human nature.Secondly,taking Brainstorming to determine the key stakeholders of K project,and combining the five stages of the K project,using expert scoring method to make pointed comprehensive evaluation and analysis on the stakeholders and made clear the primary and secondary relations of the communication management objects in the whole process of K project.Finally,using the strategies and methods of human analysis,software project management and communication management,made the corresponding communication strategies in view of the characteristics of the five stages of the project.This paper is based on the related theories and methods on the identification of project stakeholders,human analysis and communication management,taking the actual projects as cases to make thorough research on the identification of project stakeholders and strategies of communication management,exploring the causes of the problem and putting forward the countermeasures to the problem.The results of the study are derived from the cases,but the theories involved have a certain depth and extensive.Therefore,the research results of this paper have certain guiding significance and reference for solving the problems of the identification of project stakeholders in domestic information system project and improving the current situation of communication management.
