Investigation And Research Of Migrant Workers Returning Home In Heyuan

Under the background of mass innovation and entrepreneurship,more and more returning migrant workers have joined the army of entrepreneurship,and the number of people working abroad has gradually decreased.With the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,the economy has entered a "new normal",and the number of processing and manufacturing industries needed by the city has become smaller and smaller,resulting in the closure of a large number of enterprises and large-scale unemployment of migrant workers.Although it has become an upsurge for migrant workers to start their own businesses,there are also many problems for migrant workers to go home to start their own businesses.Therefore,the research on how to promote migrant workers to return home to start their own business should be paid attention to.This paper selects migrant workers returning home to start their own business as the research object,studies the problems and reasons of their returning home to start their own business,and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions to solve the problem.By using the literature research method,this paper combs the domestic and foreign scholars 'research on migrant workers returning home to start their own business,and analyzes the domestic and foreign research on migrant workers returning home to start their own business.By means of questionnaire survey and case analysis,this paper analyzes the present situation of rural migrant workers starting their own businesses in heyuan city,and understands the basic situation of rural migrant workers starting their own businesses in heyuan city,the reasons for starting their own businesses,the entrepreneurial industry,and the effect of entrepreneurship.Based on the investigation and research,we find the main reasons such as the factors,funds and policy environment of migrant workers returning home to start their own business in heyuan city,and sum up the existing problems of migrant workers returning home to start their own business in heyuan city.Rural migrant workers who return home to start their own businesses face problems such as insufficient funds,heavy tax burden,and imperfect entrepreneurial environment.Although the relevant government has done a lot of work to promote migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses,there are still some problems that need to be solved.To this end,this paper puts forward some suggestions and opinions on how to promote the return of migrant workers from heyuan city to start their own businesses,increase the proportion of entrepreneurs,the success rate of entrepreneurs and the benefit of entrepreneurs.
