Research On Rural Tourism Development Model Based On Community Participation

In recent years,people's attention to rural tourism is increasing,and the development of rural tourism is in good shape,effectively stimulating local social and economic development.Rural tourism is a new type of industry that combines the characteristics of the primary industry and the tertiary industry.It can effectively increase the income of farmers and accelerate the transformation of traditional agriculture into modern agriculture.Although rural tourism has made great progress,most of the rural tourism is still affected by some factors in the development process.For example,the vast majority of rural tourism development models have obvious defects and it is difficult to balance the interests of all parties,especially the residents of the community.Benefits make the community residents' legal rights and dominance undermined.Without the reliable protection of the interests of all parties,conflicts and conflicts often occur,which seriously hinder the development of rural tourism.This article tries to innovate the rural tourism development model from the perspective of community participation,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the local community residents,realize the harmonious coexistence among the main parties involved in the development of rural tourism,promote rural economic development and achieve rural revitalization.This article first elaborates the research background,research significance,research content,research framework and research methods,and then combs the domestic and abroad research status,combining with empowerment theory,stakeholder theory,harmonious symbiosis theory and sustainable development theory to explore the implementation path based on community participation.Taking Xiang'an District of Xiamen as an example,through field interviews we will fully understand and collect information on the actual situation of community participation in rural tourism development in Xiang'an District,and analyze the characteristics and problems of Xiang'an District's community participation in the development of local rural tourism.At the same time,we combine the domestic and international experience in community participation in rural tourism development,then propose the development model suitable for Xiang'an District's rural tourism in the current stage,and analyze the operational mechanism and operability of the model.Finally,from the government's point of view,this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for the establishment of the community participation safeguard mechanism in rural tourism in Xiang'an District,summarizes the conclusions of the research,research insufficiency and future research directions.
