Research On Community Participation Of The Eco-tourism Development

Community Participation is a substantial character of eco-tourism.It's an effective approach to achieve the sustainable development of travel destination ecology, economy and society.Based on the background and current research of community participation in eco-tourism,the paper has used the system analytic method,real diagnosis and standard analysis union method,community investigation and interview method to analyze community participation in the eco-tourism.This paper divided into four parts.First of all,based on the driving and restraint factors,the paper brings forward a model of driving and restraint mechanism with the development of community participation in eco-tourism.The paper analysis the current situation and the driving and restraint factors on the latest research achievements of the sustainable development theory,the ecology theory,the ecological economy theory,the eco-tourism planning theory,the stakeholder theory,social representations theory and the pull-push theory. Offer three measures to optimize the model of driving and restraint mechanism.Secondly,the paper constructs the pattern of the community participation in eco-tourism from eight aspects,contains decision-making,management,products development,operating,benefit distribution,environmental interpretation, eco-protection and safeguard mechanism.Thirdly,the paper puts forward a positive-negative discriminant model of community participation in eco-tourism and the evaluation system of community participation.Establish the evaluation index system with seven primary indexes and twenty-seven secondary indexes on the effect of community participation in the ideal condition.Finally,the paper selects Songshan Nature Reserve as a representative pragmatic proof in order to prove the theory model feasibility,to offer the main development measure base on the conclusion of the paper,to make the theory and the practice combination.
