Since the reform and opening to the outside world,China has achieved swift development of economy,market competition has become increasingly drastic,and core employees have become a non-negligible key factor determining an enterprise's core competitiveness thanks to their value and scarcity.Core employees are enterprises'main value creators and important production factors,and are important integral parts consisting of enterprises' core competitiveness.However,in recent years,external environment is full of changes,challenges and opportunities,people have gradually abandoned the concept of always serving one employer,and the drain of core employees has become a relatively common phenomenon,and one of the important factors affecting and restricting enterprises' development.How to attract and retain core employees has become an important issue faced in enterprises' human resources management and sustainable development.Withal,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons for the drain of HS Translation Company's core employees,in order to seek effective countermeasures.Surrounding the above-mentioned problem,this paper has made the following explorations:Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance,and summarizes relevant research documents,laying a theoretical foundation for the research of this subject.Secondly,this paper combs through relevant concepts,and introduces the theories and models related to the management on the drain of core employees.Thirdly,this paper introduces the basic situations of HS Translation Company,the research object of this paper,and carries out statistical analysis on the characteristics of HS Translation Company's core employees.Fourthly,by means of questionnaire,this paper conducts field survey on the reasons for the drain of HS Translation Company's core employees,makes clear the reasons for the drain of core employees from five dimensions "remuneration and welfare","job","career development","leadership" and "corporate culture",and collects the first-hand data.Fifthly,based on the above-mentioned survey and research,and aiming at the reasons for the drain of HS Translation Company's core employees,this paper brings forward pertinent countermeasures and suggestions;and finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions,and brings forward prospect for the future research.By researching the drain of core employees of HS Translation Company and bringing forward corresponding countermeasures,this paper will be helpful for this company to raise its comprehensive competitiveness,and will provide instructions and reference for the other translation companies and the whole translation industry to do a good job in human resources management.
