Under the current market economy,talents,as the main impetus,are the most valuable resources in the development of enterprises.The civil aviation market is experiencing rapid growth and fierce competitiveness and its sustainable development relies on the stability of its young employees who are the main productive forces.Due to the particular characteristics of young employees,the WZ Airport is suffering a serious brain drain,which damages the stability of the young staff,the safe production and the market competitiveness.Through the literature review method,questionnaire survey method,the research investigate and analyze the WZ airport young employee turnover problem,and the results of the survey statistics find that young employee turnover problem is mainly due to the lack of a sense of belonging to the enterprise,marriage and family responsibility,emotional factors,the unmatched benefits and pay,the incomplete welfare and promotion mechanism,the lack of personalized training and learning opportunities,occupation development of narrow channels.According to the survey of the sense of belonging,marriage and family constraints,emotion,salary and welfare,training and learning opportunities,promotion mechanism,influence factors of the occupation development channel,WZ airport can strengthen the construction of enterprise culture to enhance young employees a sense of belonging,develop personalized recruitment strategies according to family status marriage of young employees,improve the management level of leadership sentiments people,enhance the welfare and performance management,establish a scientific promotion system,make young employees personalized training scheme and system,help young employees establish the occupation career planning on policy to stabilize the WZ airport young staff,reduce the loss of young employees,ensure the sustainable and healthy development of WZ airport.
