With the coming of information and industrialization age, software industry experienced a serious brain-drain. Enterprises have seen redundancies in core management, core teams and core employees, which seems to make enterprises suffer. Core employees would be great value in technological innovation, market development, enterprises culture shaping and rapid development. JD Company, as one of the leading software company in China, not only made a great development recently for industrial policy support and technical innovation, but also bedeviled by turnover of core management, senior managers, and core talent in different department, such as, marketing department, research and development department and technical service support department. Therefore, improving core employee retention and employee development, enhancing job satisfaction and enterprises loyalty are becoming core parts in human resource management.Because recently research on core employee retention in enterprises group takes a comprehensive view rather than individual view, especially in software industry, thesis is made to work out a highly individualized solution to core employee turnover with the experience in former researches and scientific investigation, theory in human resources management and significant knowledge of JD Company.For fully understanding of situation of core employees in JD Company, the questionnaire investigation of job satisfaction and interview were adopted, which release problems of enormous challenges from work.disproportion among authority and obligation, dissatisfaction of work environment, fairness and equality in pay promoting, and low participation of organization. Given to the stage of development and job characteristics in JD Company retention strategy is supported by innovation of higher pay and welfare, promoting and employee development, improved internal management, optimization of work environment and atmosphere so as to improve job satisfaction and enhance JD Company’s core competence comprehensively.
