Research On Optimization Of E Company's Imported Parts Logistics Management

The leading industry of the world,the development and change of the automobile industry will always bring great influence on the global economy.After China's entry into the World Trade Organization,the dismantling of trade barriers has led to a gradual formation of a unified market between China and overseas.The rapid development of the automobile industry needs the efficient,reasonable and modern logistics system.With the development of China's auto industry and the increasingly fierce competition between the car brand groups,the price competition is the main theme of the current auto sales market in China.Therefore as cost control becomes more and more important today,reducing cost has become one of the main ways to enhance the competitiveness of automobile manufacturers.The logistics activity is one of the indispensable basic links in the automobile manufacturing industry.Scientific and reasonable organization of logistics activities,effective control the cost of logistics activities,including packaging,transportation,inventory,loading and unloading,transportation and distribution costs,so as to reduce logistics costs.This is the key point of the cost effective management of the modern automobile manufacturing enterprises.This article mainly aims at import parts logistics management optimization research of company E.E Co.,Ltd.is jointly venture by company C,D and F.whose main business is manufacturing and selling automotive engines and their spare parts,with company D and F as main customers.At present,the main problem in the logistics of company E is that the logistics transportation of imported parts is long and the cost of inventory is high.In this paper,the relevant research results and development trends of logistics,logistics management and optimization of imported parts logistics are reviewed.The relevant theoretical basis is also put forward based on the actual logistics management of imported parts of company E.On this basis,starting from the current situation of company E's import logistics management,this paper analyzes the import logistics mode of company E,and summarizes the characteristics logistics management.Then by using of supply chain management,inventory cost,logistics and inventory optimization theory,combining the logistics transportation and customs clearance characteristics of the enterprise's import parts,by using case analysis,literature retrieval,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and comparative analysis,analyzing the internal logical relationship between the time and cost of logistics transportation,the core ideas,principles and main contents of the logistics management optimization of the import parts of company E are analyzed and proposed,and the optimization scheme for the integration of customs clearance is constructed.Finally,the corresponding measures are put forward on how to implement the integration of customs clearance.Through the optimization of the above plan,we hope to shorten the time of logistics transportation,and reduce the total cost of logistics and inventory,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the company E and meet the needs of customers.
