| Along with the rapid development of communications and internet technology, and the increasing competition of mobile communication market of China, domestic telecommunication enterprises are facing more and more severe challenges. At present, the profits bring by traditional business has been reduced, scale effect began weakening. Therefore, traditional business management style cannot guarantee the sustainable development of communications company, which promoted the domestic telecommunications company seeking for new profit growth point. High logistics cost, backward idea and model of management force the companies realize the logistics as “the third profit” source.This paper takes the logistics management of mobile corporation in Hebei province as an example, combining the relevant theories and methods of logistics management optimization, analyzes the optimization of logistics management of Hebei mobile corporation. Firstly, according to the current development situation of Chinese telecommunication industry, we expounds the research background and significance of Hebei mobile logistics management optimization, and study the status quo of research and development domestically and abroad in the field of logistics management and logistics management optimization by literature. Then, we, in detail, introduce the related theory about logistics management, mainly including basic concepts and principles of logistics resources integration optimization theory, basic concepts and principles of logistics management optimization, warehousing optimization, distribution optimization and logistics management information system optimization. Subsequently, based on the introduction of basic situation of Hebei mobile company, the status quo of logistics management is detailed analyzed from the aspects of organization management, warehouse material classification, distribution, warehousing logistics management system and look for the problems of them; finally, summarizes the reasons that cause the present situation of logistics management in Hebei province. The core of this study is to optimize the logistics system of Hebei mobile company based on logistics management optimization theory: started by explanation of principles, ideals and direction of logistics management optimization; then by putting forward strategies for the logistics management optimization of Hebei mobile company from the aspects of organization structure design, logistics management process design, logistics supplier selection and inventory management. Finally, this paper establishes a logistics professional organization charged by assistant manager, designs the processes of company’s procurement management, warehouse management and distribution management; selects Shijiazhuang, Baoding and Tangshan as the location of central repository; builds a logistics supplier evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method; proposes optimization program based on zero inventory management and “ABC” category management. |
