Research On The Optimization Of Logistics Management Of Fengfan Company

After entering the 21 century,the Automotive Industry of China stepped into the stage of rapid development,the automotive parts industry also enjoyed the “golden age” of development.Along with the business relationship between automotive manufacturers and suppliers,the quality control management of suppliers has been significantly improved.The development of automotive industrialization has come up with higher requirements,however,the inefficient and high-cost internal logistics is holding the suppliers' back and the improvement of logistics management becomes an urgent demand.The requirements of the automotive manufacturers have been extended from the parts quality control to the daily management,and the logistics management has become an important part of monitoring process.This paper is focused on the relatively undeveloped logistics management of suppliers and the ascending requirements of the automotive manufacturers and how to improve the logistics management of the suppliers.Based on the thorough and detailed analysis of Sail's logistics process,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the production logistics using manufacturing enterprise Logistics System Analysis,supply chain Management,logistics cost theory and Value Stream Mapping.In order to reduce inventory,improve material turnover efficiency,reduce logistics operation cost,enhance market competitiveness and improve logistics management function,we need to complete the Logistic organization,optimize the Logistic resource and enhance the Logistic cost management.In the future other automotive suppliers can benefit from the Sail's Logistics Management Optimization.
