Production Logistics Cost Management Research Of Handan Iron And Steel Group

Within a few decades of the concept of modern logistics appeared,the theory of logistics and the practice has achieved rapid development,all aspects of logistics management activities has been involved in enterprise production and management activities,how to provide high quality service in the process,reduce service costs,enterprises are facing the choice dilemma.Logistics cost management,as an important part of financial management,the managers of the enterprise management level plays a very important role.In order to further enrich the study of logistics cost management area,and further deepen in the logistics cost management research on iron and steel enterprises,to help China's iron and steel enterprises to optimize logistics cost management,this paper based on the logistics cost management of Handan Iron&Steel Group as the research object,aiming at the problem of optimization and internal production logistics cost management upgrade.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:This paper is based on the theory of logistics cost management,analysis of production logistics cost in Handan iron and Steel Group,first introduced the current situation of logistics and internal logistics procurement,and then the production logistics cost is divided into three parts:logistics function cost,inventory related cost,staff and management cost.Then we accounted for these costs by making use of the related data of Handan Iron and steel logistics cost,through the analysis of the accounting results,we summed up the characteristics and the existing problems of production logistics cost management in Handan Iron&Steel Group,at the end of the paper,according to the characteristics of Handan Iron and steel production,we put forward the corresponding Handan Iron and steel production logistics cost control scheme,including logistics cost control,inventory related cost control scheme and the staff and management cost control scheme,in order to further improve the production logistics cost management,and puts forward the relevant security for the implementation of production logistics cost control,including the leadership of the organization guarantee and system guarantee.This paper presents the corresponding production logistics cost control scheme,provides a good reference for Handan Group and the similar enterprises to improve production logistics cost management,at the same time,it also enriches the research content of the cost management of the logistics field.
