The competition among enterprises is,in the final analysis,the competition of talents.In addition to the excellent founder,if the recruitment and training of a number of excellent management teams,gradually become the top priority of the enterprise talent strategy.The traditional recruitment mode is more often the enterprise human resources department posts through the network,receives the candidate's resume,and then decides to employ by one or several interviews.As for whether the candidate has the criteria for screening,whether the interview has a corresponding basis for judgment,and whether the candidate has a corresponding approach,the practice of each company is different.This paper attempts to establish a competency model to provide a standard for selecting,interviewing and evaluating enterprises,so that enterprises can further improve efficiency and accuracy when recruiting senior managers.The Internet industry has developed rapidly in the last ten years,especially the mobile Internet has gone deep into every aspect of our daily life.As a large 020 company combined with the traditional industry,H has completed large-scale expansion in this wave,and has become a leading industry in the industry.At present,there are still few researches on the competency model of this type of enterprises in China,especially in the field of recruitment for middle and top managers,because the human resource management foundation of such enterprises is relatively weak,so they have special practical value.This paper introduces the background and significance of selected to win a competency model applied to enterprises in the recruitment of senior,competency,competency model,recruitment theory,analysis of the current status of H company,including the fundamentals,such as business,organization,personnel,and the senior staff recruitment status.Then the problem is analyzed with the theory,and the necessity of the improvement is determined.Through behavioral event interview and literature research,H Company's competency model of management is established,and applied to H's recruitment management system,including recruitment preparation,channel selection,talent selection,recruitment and effect evaluation after recruitment.Finally,the corresponding conclusions and enlightenment are obtained.
