Last year, the central government came up with a serial of profound reform measures about the Reform of the supply side in order to smooth the transition of macroeconomic construction,which is also the key whether the numerous micro-enterprises could benefit from this policy. Under this background,this article will discover the existing problems by analyzing and researching employees’ performance evaluation of YW company.Afterwards,it will put forward a complete project about the performance evaluation to solidify the base of the company’s future healthy development.Taking this company as an example,we try to find a new increasing point of businesses for this kind of company from the angle of performance evaluation.First of all,this article will use the method of document research to describe briefly the current performance evaluation theory and propose the process and construction of the research;second,it will sketch the fundamental information about YW company,then,it will analyze the existing problems of the performance evaluation of YW company.Based on evaluation patterns like KPI and BSC,from the aspects of index selection,weighting definition of index and setup of examining system,it will gradually build a new examining system of YW company.The last is to discuss the parts about concrete execution of examining work,concentrated reflection of examining effect and revising amend of examining project.
