Enterprises are the economic lifeblood of social development,and the development of enterprises is not only related to the operation and prosperity of society,but also to the realization of personal value.The concept of corporate social responsibility has received more and more attention in our country from a single emphasis on corporate philanthropic responsibility to the channel and way to constantly enrich the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.However,in the context of "people-oriented",the research on corporate social responsibility based on employee perspective does not match the development process.Corporate social responsibility is an ideological issue with strategic height.How to relate to employees' psychology and behavior is not a lot of discussion in the industry.Therefore,the paper studies the impact of CSR perception on employees' psychological expectations.Paper first to the corporate social responsibility awareness and employee expectations has carried on the related theory,has been clear about the corporate social responsibility awareness,the related concept of employees' psychological expectations,expounds the theoretical basis of required,for the evolution of the concept of corporate social responsibility and employee expectations,the development of corporate social responsibility movement,the change of the trend of the research direction is studied;,secondly on the basis of literature review,the study on the influence factors of psychological expectation effect and its mechanism,analyzes the corporate social responsibility,enterprise culture and enterprise of the relationship between sustainable development,analyzed the influence of corporate social responsibility awareness of employees' psychological expectations paths and build the model;Again,on the basis of investigation on empirical research design,it is concluded that corporate social responsibility awareness and psychological expectations,the regression model between the employees confirmed that corporate social responsibility awareness of employees' psychological expectations of positive influence,by contrast,analysis of the state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned corporate social responsibility awareness for employees' psychological expectations.Finally,based on the empirical results,this paper puts forward the research conclusions and analyzes the deficiencies in the research process.This paper based on the enterprise management theory,combining the theoretical research and empirical analysis,using the means of questionnaire survey to data acquisition,the obtained data on corporate social responsibility awareness and employee tentative study is made on the influence of the relationship between psychological expectations.In theory,it deepens the theory of enterprise management,which is helpful to the perfection of CSR system and the development of employee motivation path in human resource management.
