The issue of corporate social responsibility has always been the focus of academia and management.How to promote the positive attitude and behavior of employees through corporate social responsibility and related human resource management practices has received more and more attention and discussion.A large number of studies have shown that corporate social responsibility can significantly affect employees' organizational commitment,emotional commitment,job satisfaction,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance,However,the existing research on the impact mechanism of corporate social responsibility on employee attitudes and behaviors needs to be further explored,especially to analyze the changes in employee attitudes and behaviors from the perspective of employees' perception of corporate social responsibility.As a subjective perception of corporate social responsibility at the individual level,corporate social responsibility perception is more direct and important for explaining employees' attitudes and behaviors.At the same time,some scholars found that corporate social responsibility will have a negative impact on employees.For example,Tuker 's research pointed out that corporate social responsibility will negatively affect employees 'organizational citizenship behavior.Therefore,the boundary conditions for the impact of corporate social responsibility on employees' positive attitudes and behaviors need to be further revealed.Based on social exchange theory and empirical research,this study explores the impact mechanism of corporate social responsibility perception on knowledge sharing,and further clarifies the application conditions of corporate social responsibility perception on employees' positive attitudes and behaviors.Based on a large number of reviews of relevant documents on corporate social responsibility perception,organizational trust,knowledge sharing,and CSR attribution,construct theoretical models through theoretical derivation and put forward research hypotheses,use SPSS 25.0 and Amos 22.0 for correlation analysis,regression analysis,and hypothesis testing,etc.,Explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility perception,organizational trust,knowledge sharing,and CSR altruistic attribution.The following conclusions were found through analysis:(1)Corporate social responsibility perception has a significant positive effect on knowledge sharing;(2)Organizational trust plays an intermediary role in the relationship between corporate social responsibility perception and knowledge sharing;(3)CSR altruistic attribution positively regulates the impact of corporate social responsibility perception on organizational trust.Through the discussion of this study,based on the analysis of the mechanism of corporate social responsibility perception on employee knowledge sharing,the moderating effect of CSR altruism attribution on corporate social responsibility perception affecting organizational trust is explored.Provide guidance suggestions for the implementation of social responsibility actions and inspire employees to share knowledge.
