In the era of knowledge economy,more and more enterprises are over-represented by technology-based enterprises as knowledge-based enterprises,and employees become the core elements of enterprises.In this context,the means used to regulate the relationship between management and employees is gradually transformed from a dominant contract that primarily includes material rewards to a psychological contract that maintains both emotions.Corporate social responsibility behavior has been extended from the initial handling of internal conflicts and environmental protection issues to the establishment of employee psychological contracts,the regulation of organizational citizenship behavior,and the enhancement of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Academic research has found that corporate social responsibility can improve business performance by influencing stakeholder attitudes and behaviors.Therefore,the impact of corporate social responsibility on employees' psychological contract and its impact mechanism have become the focus of this study.Based on the research of corporate social responsibility and the practice of modern corporate social responsibility,this paper aims at the elaboration of the inherent logical relationship between corporate social responsibility and employee psychological contract,and explores the intermediary role of team learning.On the basis of combing relevant literatures,this paper determines the measurement dimensions of corporate social responsibility,employee psychological contract and team learning,constructs theoretical models and proposes relevant research hypotheses.Choosing the national well-known brand company “Haoxiangni”as the main case analysis object,taking the empirical research method of the questionnaire,obtaining 294 valid data,using spss21.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical software for correlation analysis and regression analysis,etc.The research hypothesis carries out an empirical test.Research indicates:First,corporate social responsibility is positively affecting the psychological contract level of employees.The good social responsibility performance of the company can stimulate the satisfaction of employees in the heart,and then encourage employees to pay more enthusiasm for the company,generate strong emotional dependence,and recognize the business philosophy and mission of the company.Second,corporate social responsibility is positively affecting team learning.Corporate social responsibility behavior helps create a good team learning environment.Third,team learning is positively affecting employees' psychological contracts.Through the team learning behaviors such as experiment,communication and record,it helps to form the psychological dynamic mechanism of the collaborative development of employees and organizations,and enhances the sense of belonging and loyalty of employees to the enterprise.Fourth,team learning plays an intermediary role between corporate social responsibility and employee psychological contract.Through team learning,employees' identity to the company can be made closer,which makes the CSR behavior internalized as an important part of the employee's psychological contract.Finally,based on the research conclusions,the paper further responds to the main significance of this study and the significance of the era of corporate social responsibility management.
