With the development of the Internet,the process of economic globalization has been accelerated;in the meanwhile,it is also bringing unprecedented opportunities and challenges to our international trade and E-commerce.Cross-border E-commerce has been repeatedly cited in the Chinese government’s work report.No matter to expand the economic reform priorities in 2015 or to built up the overseas warehouse construction in 2017,The government spare no effort to support the domestic in cross-border E-commerce.However,under such an upsurge,the traditional international trading company and the manufactory which is in small and medium size,cannot share the market due to capital,talent,technology and other constraints.Especially for the construction of the cross-border e-commerce platform,not all enterprises can bear the cost of the initial.Under such a situation,the third party cross-border e-commerce platform came into being.Its appearance has solved the problem of small and medium enterprises entering the market to a great extent.But the question that follows is how should companies choose the best and most suitable platform for their own especially now they’re facing more than 5000 choices?This paper hopes to set up a set of index system which can choose a third party cross-border e-commerce platform basing on the different strategy.This paper mainly carries out the research according to the following ideas:Firstly,With the research on the development of electronic commerce and the literature of Key Success factors of e-commerce platform,We can built up a frame of the evaluation index.In order to improve the practicability and reliability of the index in the actual combat,this paper combines the idea of Balanced Score Card with the normal evaluation index.Then the index would be flexible for the different enterprise’s strategy.Secondly,with the visiting to experts and the enterprises,we would keep closer to the real need of our domestic market.It would help us to established the initial index system.But the primary data would be comprehensive and too many to analysis.In order to fix it,we would use the Factor Analysis which could help us to focus on fewer factors.Thirdly,the AHP is used to attach weight information to each factor according to the different characteristics of the enterprise.Finally,the TOPSIS method would be used to sort the alternative platform.Finally,this paper analyzes a trade company in Fuzhou City by example and provides some suggestions.
