The purpose of this study is to analyze grain e-commerce based on the perspective of the supply chain,in order to analyze the weight of each factor and provide theoretical basis for the development of e-commerce.First,the author is On the basis of combing the literatures of supply chain integration and grain e-commerce through analyzing and specifying the grain e-commerce and TOE model,which is proposed by Tornatzky and Fleisher in 1990 s.The main supply chain subject factors,such as product factors,trading e-commerce platform,trading environment,which are taken into the TOE framework by combined with the characteristics of grain supply chain of China.Then the initial factors and intermediate factors were identified by expert opinion method and questionnaire.The various factors of framework increase the applicability and particularity of the industry.This paper puts forward the impact factor system.The system's factors of e-commerce supply chain are divided into specific supply chain subject and common subject.Finally take out with the affect factors' final weight by using AHP.The main conclusions of this paper are the descending order of the grain supply chain subject,which is electronic commerce,brand identity grain degree,the main transaction level of information,e-commerce transaction security,transaction platform visibility,food standardization and other factors on the grain e-commerce has remarkable effect.It shows that the influential factors of electronic commerce are mainly lies in people's subjective awareness is not enough,and the influence of external factors is relatively weak.This fully confirms the change first from the internal changes in the beginning of the point of view,only when people's awareness of the changes in the concept of infrastructure and other external factors will become meaningful.According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward that we should speed up the introduction of talents in order to improve the awareness of e-commerce and accelerate the construction of the brand;accelerating the construction of infrastructure,to guide the construction of agricultural cooperatives.
