Although they are in the United States,Europe,Japan and other developed countries of the electronic commerce rapidly development China's e-commerce has started relatively late,but very strong momentum of development.After 15 years of development,our country electronic commerce was also a very high penetration rate,according to incomplete statistics,the electronic commerce in permeability of about 56%of Internet users,with the expansion and deepening of e-commerce,e-commerce transactions are also rising,has become a force in the national economic development that can not be neglected.The extensive influence on society and individuals.E-commerce credit problems still need to solve,however,such as most enterprises lack of credit management system,the social general lack of credit awareness and credit standard,lack of credit system in our country the legal safeguard and disciplinary measures,the development of credit intermediary is slow,and so on are restricts the healthy and fast development electronic commerce.According to the above problem,this paper is based on electronic commerce credit system construction of the third party commodities,merchants established by the end,the client credit index system,by using the literature metrology and content analysis for the establishment of the index system of preliminary,here to establish business client,the client's credit system.Then use each other,esteemed Krippendorffi's alpha rationalization for indicators of alpha coefficient test validation,and use SPSS22.0 indicators further the correlation coefficient between the indicators of credit verification,established the index on the accuracy of the final success,effectively guide the establishment of the weight.Secondly the weight of index system of credit established,with the way the three subjective values.The method(experts empowerment,paired comparison method,analytic hierarchy process)way,three objectively(frequency method,the variation coefficient method,entropy value method empowerment)in the form of subjective and objective way of empowerment,and then based on the above way of empowerment,the idea of TOPSIS and generalized maximum entropy principle,the way of empowerment to combination empowerment way,finally established relatively objective index weight system effectively.Finally established relatively objective index weight system effectively;Suggestion,finally the establishment of credit scoring system and reference the credit scoring model(original credit score weighting function,transaction amount,time discount function,initial credit value),the credit evaluation model(chamber of commerce,consortium,etc.),policy Suggestions on three aspects in this paper,the credit extension index score after the assistant work.Makes the article has a good connectivity,and completeness.In this background,this paper builds the third party commodity electronic commerce credit system to regulate commodity businesses deal with customer safety.This paper establish perfect electronic commerce credit system architecture and carried on the thorough analysis,for the electronic commerce credit system in the study provides important theoretical basis,to the current commodity electronic commerce credit system construction has a reference and guiding significance.
